Suplmnt is an evidence engine with a website attached. It reads published clinical research on supplements, extracts what each trial actually measured, scores every supplement-outcome pair the same way, and publishes the result with the sources attached to the sentence that used them.

What this is

Built to be checked, not believed.

Most supplement coverage asks you to take its word. Ours is built so you don't have to. Every verdict on this site carries the trials it came from, every claim links to its PubMed record, and the scoring — random-effects meta-analysis, GRADE certainty, effect sizes in the units a clinician would recognise — is written down in full on the methodology page.

That includes the unflattering results. When the pooled evidence says a popular supplement does nothing for the thing it's sold for, that gets its own page too. A site that only publishes wins isn't measuring anything.

Suplmnt is published by Reseda Labs LLC, a software company operating from the United States. It takes no money from supplement manufacturers or retailers: no affiliate links, no sponsored placements, no paid inclusion, and no way for a brand to buy a grade.

Thomas Neyland designs and maintains the evidence pipeline and is accountable for what it publishes — his background is in software and data systems, not clinical practice, and the site says so on his contributor page rather than implying a white coat that isn't there.
